N Korea Needs Food

Okay the dictator of this country is starving his people for military development.  The people are suffering.  

Someone needs to look into this.  I know that won't happen since the issue of intervening is complicated.  Technically, there is a war still on going between the US and Korea.  But that will not stop or move one way or another.  

The US is still distracted with the problems of Afghanistan and Iraq, heck the death toll in Iraq just reached 4000 US troops and over 100,000 Iraq's civilians.  

If someone does something to help N Korea, then China might get involved and waking that sleeping giant is not what people want to do right at this moment.

So, how do we get food to the people who need it?  It is sad to read about people starving to death.  Maybe something can be done in a humanitarian aspect or maybe the war between the US and Korea can end.  Who knows?  I sure don't.
